I have my ear pretty close to the ground wherever JK Rowling is concerned as my children LOVE Harry Potter.
We’re excited to see the news today that she is releasing her first non-Harry Potter children’s book, The Ickabog!
What’s even better is that she is publishing daily instalments on her website for FREE!
The Ickabog is a fairytale which was written more than a decade ago for her own children. Chapters of the Ickabog will be published daily between 3pm on Tuesday 26th May 2020 and 10th July 2020 on the Ickabog Website.
Illustration Competition
The Ickabog will be published as an actual book in November. JK Rowling is asking young readers to draw their own illustrations, with the best pictures to be published in the books. How exciting! See the Ickabog website for more information and share to twitter using #TheIckabog.
