Club Doncaster is the brand that connects Doncaster’s elite sports teams and manages the delivery of events at Doncaster’s Keepmoat Stadium.
We are looking for people with the desire to work within the Box Office based at the Keepmoat Stadium on a casual arrangement. Applicants should be hard working, enthusiastic and committed to delivering the highest quality customer service.
Work will involve covering match days, holidays and busy periods within the stadium, assisting customers with the purchase of tickets and all ticket level enquiries.
The ideal candidates will have an interest and experience in customer service and working within fast paced environments. Applicants should show a willingness to learn internal computer systems and support the department to generate new sales to increase spectator numbers.
Experience in cash handling and outbound calling would prove, advantageous although full training will be given.
