Everyone is welcome to apply for a place, however it may be of particular interest to those of you who have taken a break from work to raise children & you’re wanting to add skills & qualifications to your CV.
You might be in a role already & you may want to brush up on your Customer Service skills or rack up some CPD hours.
You may own a business & want to up-skill your staff to the next level so that you give your customers the very best experience. Either way, the course is open to all.
