Three course set menu:

Starter: Trio of melon, fresh berries, fruit sorbet, baby basil 

Main: Roast breast of french trimmed chicken, pressed potato cake, market vegetables, Yorkshire ale and chicken stock jus

Dessert: Salted caramel chocolate tart, raspberry gel and praline vanilla ice cream
