Eight Year Old Chloe from Doncaster is a member of #TheCrew at the Children’s Air Ambulance. She helps to raise awareness and much needed funds to keep the air ambulance flying and transporting very poorly children to the specialist care they need.
Due to the current situation with coronavirus, the normal fund raising avenues have obviously had to cease i.e the charity shops, events and stalls that had been planned. This means that they need help more than ever!
Chloe wanted to think of some fundraising ideas that could be done from home and her mum Emily got in touch to tell us all what she’s been doing and ask for some Mumbler support!
My 8 year old daughter did a 2.6 challenge yesterday for the children’s air ambulance. She was asked by them if she could do one activity to raise money. She chose to go above and beyond that and do 26 in the hope it would help raise more money!
She managed to complete all 26 challenges yesterday (she was very busy all day!) And her current total stands at £560!!
The activities that Chloe did over the weekend were:
• 26 cartwheels
• Write a 26 sentence story
• 26 minute danceathon
• Stick tongue out for 2.6 minutes
• 26 minutes in the splits
• 26 rolypolys
• 26 jumping jacks (star jumps)
• 26 laps round the garden
• 26 minutes silence
• Put on 26 items of clothing in 2.6 minutes
• 26 sit ups
• Draw 26 pictures in 2.6 minutes
• Name 26 animals in 2.6 minutes
• Water 26 plants in the garden
• Call 26 friends and family
• Name 26 food or drinks in 2.6 minutes

Well done Chloe! That’s a huge amount of money so far for a great cause. Love the activities that you chose to do…they look like a lot of fun (but definitely hard work!)
