Zone 5 to 19 is a free and confidential health and wellbeing service for children and young people aged 5 to 19 (and up to 25 for those with special educational needs and disabilities) in Doncaster, operated by Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH). The service offers support on a wide range of topics including emotional wellbeing, nutrition, sexual health, substance misuse, smoking cessation, and healthy relationships.
