The Yorkshire Puffin Festival is taking place online from Saturday 29th May to Monday 31st May 2021.
Yorkshire’s Flamborough Headland is one of the best places in the country to see puffins from land, as well as thousands of other seabirds. You might want to plan a visit to the coast, or you may want to join in with the Puffin Festival from home.
Everything is digital this year and we’re running a series of puff-tastic online events. For children we have a series of breakfast club challenges and bed-time stories with our very own puffin mascot, Cliff!

The Great Yorkshire Creature Count
Back for it’s second year, we’re once again challenging the people of Yorkshire to count the wildlife they spot on their doorsteps over the course of 24 hours, midday Saturday 19th June – Midday 20th June.
We have designed a wildlife checklist that you can print out to get started. Sign up online at Great Yorkshire Creature Count | Yorkshire Wildlife Trust
