There is something for everyone at Hatfield Outdoor Activity Centre in Doncaster,  the number one place for those seeking fun in the great outdoors!

We host a range of water-based activities on our very own lake, including kayaking, canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. We also have an inflatable Aquapark, which has recently expanded and is now open for bookings. You can also enjoy a swim in our natural lake pool, the newest addition to our growing number of water activities.

For those who prefer to stay dry, you can challenge yourself to reach new heights on our 14-metre-high climbing wall; we have plenty of aerial challenges and obstacle courses for you to complete off the ground. If you prefer to keep your feet on the ground, you can find your thrills at an axe-throwing or archery session. You can learn how to throw axes at a target and how to use a bow safely. Axe-throwing is available to book now and archery will be available very soon.

All our sessions, both water and land, are taught by experienced instructors in a safe and welcoming environment. For anyone wishing to extend their visit and wake to another exciting day of activities, we have a campsite too.

Bank Holiday Monday, 29th May. 10am – 3pm

Rev your engines and buckle up for an unforgettable day out with The Supercar Experience! Back for another year, it’s a turbo-charged event that’s fun for the whole family. And the best part? We’ll be raising smiles and funds for a local charity, Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice supported by Supercar Driver.

Get ready to feast your eyes on the most incredible cars you’ve ever seen – we’re talking Aston Martins, Lamborghinis, Ferraris, and Porsches that will make your jaw drop and your heart race. Don’t forget to explore the exciting emergency services vehicles also in attendance and meet our real-life heroes in their fire engines and army trucks.

Get up close and personal with Disney Pixar’s Cars, Lightning McQueen, and the Batmobile, who will be zooming around the event, adding a touch of magic.

Kids of all ages (including grown-up ones) can also join in the action with lots of epic games. Who’s up for a Scalextric race?

Make sure you don’t forget to say hello to George the Mascot, the lovable and mischievous cocker spaniel who has been bringing joy to children and families at Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice since 2011.

George isn’t just any ordinary pup, he’s named after Georgia Finlayson, a brave little girl who sadly passed away at Bluebell Wood’s Hospice, where he’s been living his best life ever since. George is not only a loyal companion to hospice visitors, but he’s also a paw-some fundraiser, he’s even become a baking sensation with his very own gingerbread version, ‘Gingerbread George,’ available at Staniforths bakeries.
