Sandall Park Competition for children

Sandall Park have a competition for children to enter and winners will be announced when their cafe re-opens on 17th May 2021!

There are two categories and children can get really creative! Whether you have an artist or a writer, there is a category to suit.

• Create a new animal or creature that could live in the park or in the lake. It can be a piece of art work – paint, felt tip, pen, pencil on A4 paper

or

• Write a poem or short story about the blight of litter

You can submit your entries at the cafe on 17th May.

What can you win!

A winner from each category will get a bird box to paint at home, plus some vouchers for a toy store. Your bird box will be put up in the park for everyone to see and birds to enjoy.
