Free to enter and lots to see including the impressive Hall of Steel and Henry VIII’s armour.
We visited June 2022 and there were also interactive shows throughout the day.
My children loved the huge elephant! They were learning about Saxons at school so enjoyed seeing more from this period.
There are lots of places to eat nearby and you can walk there from the train station.
