Light is a pre and postnatal peer support charity based in Sheffield covering all of South Yorkshire. Light peer support groups provide a much needed cuppa along with a friendly, safe, supportive, judgement-free environment for mums to share their thoughts and feels. There are plenty of toys and stimulation for babies up to 2 years too. The groups are run by peer support workers who all have lived experience of perinatal mental health issues.
