Isle Fitness Camps

Isle Fitness camp sessions are all based on HIIT principles (High Intensity Fitness Training), which is guaranteed to raise metabolic rate and promote fat loss. The sessions are 45 minutes long and are suitable for beginners right up to advanced participants.

We Can Run

A running group, with courses for total beginners as well as people wanting to improve their running.We know how great it can make you feel and the sense of achievement for all of our runners after our sessions. THE POWER OF THE GROUP really works!

Beginners: An 8 week programme aimed at non-runners, people who are returning to running or people who fancy running with a group. We aim to be running 30 mins by the end of the 8 weeks and we get there by slowly building up the running time and decreasing the walking time.

Improvers: In our coached sessions we offer a variety of sessions all aimed at improving the performance of our runners. We work on speed, technique, drills, hill work etc.

Womens Rugby Team: Doncaster Demons

Doncaster have been at the forefront of the amateur women’s rugby game for over a decade, with players going on to represent their county and play for the North of England.

Doncaster Demons welcome players of any ability.
