The Teepee Sleepover Experience from Magical Sleepovers and Events is every child’s dream!
We decided to have an end of home school treat and an early birthday celebration for mini Mumbler who was 7 this week. We hired two teepees – it was very hard to choose a theme as they have so many (15 themes and growing including a brilliant Harry Potter theme…so it was a tough choice). We went with ‘Dino Directory’ and ‘Unicorn Surprise’.
Kerry from Magical Sleepovers and Events can do set-up’s safely in your home or DIY kits that she can drop off so that you have everything needed to set up yourself. Kerry paid an amazing amount of attention to detail and has thought of everything.
We had the teepees for two nights and everything about the experience from the customer service, to the quality of everything was great. Our lounge was transformed. The Dino Directory teepee came with a blue teepee, mattress, sheets, dino duvet and cushions, teddies, dino books, dino lamps and a very cute little cardboard camping fire. The Unicorn Surprise teepee was pink, with unicorn patterned duvet, cushions and themed lamp.
Magical Sleepovers and Events have to work very carefully to isolate equipment between hires and it was all so immaculately clean.
They are also able to create bespoke themes, so do drop Kerry a message if you have an idea that you’d like to visualise. They have a number of bespoke accessories available as optional extra’s too such as the Midnight snack box, which was really appreciated! A personalised Happy Birthday sign, personalised sleep masks and they have just started hiring out 4ft Light Up numbers!
The teepes were so cosy and we had a great time with a movie and movie treats. The kids slept really well in the teepees too.
We really enjoyed the experience. We all slept in the lounge, so it was a lot of fun for the kids and a great way to round of home schooling and they haven’t stopped talking about it.
I’ve been looking at some of the other items that Magical Sleepovers and Events have for hire, including Bell Tents (3m, 4m, 5m and 6m!) which look brilliant for when the weather is a bit warmer. They also have a Luna Tent which is a ‘Colourful Rainbow’ 5m tent which looks lovely and quite magical.
All great ideas for celebrating a special occasion at home during lockdown and beyond. The teepee sleepover will be brilliant when children are able to have parties and sleepovers with friends again and the price reduces the more teepees that you have.
