We were sent a DIY Macrame Boho Wall Hanging Stay at home experience kit! This was perfect for a wet Sunday afternoon and a great opportunity for my daughter and me to spend time together on a project.
The kit arrived in the post, beautifully wrapped (really great as a different gift idea), with everything we needed to get started. I have never ever done any macrame before, neither had my daughter, so on first glance at what we were going to produce we were both a bit sceptical!
Thankfully as well as all of the material, there was also a video tutorial which was very easy to follow. We just needed the back of a chair to hang our work on whilst we made it. We were able to work on it together which was really nice. It took a few hours as we kept doing a bit, then had lunch, then finished it off etc. We were proud of our final result and it is going to hang in my daughters bedroom!
