We launch the start of Tour de Yorkshire 2019 with a whole host of activities and fun in the Market Square on 2nd May.
The exciting race start will be broadcast live to a big screen in the Market and this screen will stay in place for all of the bank holiday weekend to show race coverage on each of the remaining three day’s stages. When the bikes are packed away for the evenings, the big screen will transform into an open-air cinema on the Thursday to Sunday evenings. You’ll need your deckchairs, throws and a picnic to relax, sit back and chill.
