Doncaster’s biggest food festival is back in 2019 and we are helping to make it the most family friendly festival yet!

A three day culinary extravaganza, featuring cooking demos from celebrity chefs Simon Rimmer – Sunday Brunch host and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant – and Great British Bake Off winner Candice Brown, there will be plenty of delivious food and drink.
If you’re heading to see some of the fabulous cooking demonstrations or sample some of the tasty treats throughout the festival, the last thing you want to hear is ‘I’m bored’, ‘My feet hurt’, ‘I’m tired’…all the usual things that can quite frankly put a bit of a dampener on the day.
To help the kids re-charge and provide you with an area to feed the little ones, relax a bit, let the kids play and take a bit of time out from the hussle and bussle, come along to the Mumbler area in the Corn Exchange. We will have arts and crafts activities courtesy of Creation Station (remember to pick up a ‘100 Things to do before you’re 11’ booklet and tick a few things off!), a lovely baby sensory corner for the tiny tots courtesy of Tots Play, some fantastic food related board games in a pop-up Bake, Battle & Roll area and…this ones is just for the mums…FREE hand massages courtesy of Holistic Moon Therapies/Doncaster Wellbeing! So something for everyone. Bring a coffee with you and relax! (Please note that this is not a creche. Children will need to be supervised at all times by parents…i’m not that good!)
Too Many Cooks, a theatre show that will have puppets galore, tasty tunes and lots of silly sausages will have performances throughout the festival

Booking is preferred for the FREE taster sessions, although there may be space on the day. Please contact Tots Play, Angelic Touch or Baby Bumps Yoga to book a space.
The Mumbler parents area is FREE, however if you’re going to see the main attraction, demos/celebrity chefs during the festival, tickets are from £5 and are available from the Tourist Information Centre on the High Street or on the Visit Doncaster website
