BodyBeatz is a dance fitness class to music for ladies of all abilities. The class is designed to tone, strengthen and define your body shape, all whilst having a wiggle and a giggle.
Monday, 7.15pm-8.15pm, Scawsby Community Centre
Friday, 9.45am-10.45am (no childcare needed for the Friday class, babies and children very welcome), Scawsby Scout Hut
Classes are £6 per class/4 for £20
