This winter, Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice are looking for all of their supporters in Doncaster and North Lincolnshire to celebrate loved ones near and far by dedicating a star in their name.
This year has been particularly tough for charities. The Bluebell Wood Hospice cares for just over 40 children from across the area both in their homes and at the hospice, providing symptom management, respite and end of life care. During lockdown they have continued to help families, who rely on their help and were even more isolated due to having to shield. Bluebell Wood have delivered music therapy sessions on Zoom and this was especially nice for siblings (who were at home during lockdown) to join in and have some real family fun, creating special memories.
When you donate, you will be helping these sessions to continue and help Bluebell Wood support these families during the ongoing pandemic and beyond. You will receive a special card to show you’re thinking of your loved ones as well as a star for each of your dedications.
